Autumn is racing forward in the Tetons. We've had lots of colder than normal nights and the leaves are changing fast. This image is of a colorful sunset, viewed from the hills east of Teton Valley.

Anticipation at Patriarch Tree

From Thursday morning in Grand Teton National Park. Dense fog lifted to form some clouds obscuring part of the Cathedral Group. This tree is Patriarch Tree, about a half mile from the inner park road.
